Book an appointment
Using our online booking platform, find a time that works with your schedule and our availability to speak one on one with a Physiotherapist to address your concerns. Securely provide your credit card info to reserve your telephysio appointment.

Complete our Intake Form
Complete our customized intake form at-least 24 hours before your appointment so we can learn more about your injury and be best prepared for our telephysio session that you booked.
Attend your Physiotherapy session
Meet with a registered Physiotherapist over teleconference to address your concerns and make a treatment plan from the comfort of your home! You will be provided a teleconference web-link prior.
We offer tele-services through multiple platforms and on all devices. We choose what you prefer or know best. We can adapt to the technology that you have available although it is best if you have a webcam and microphone.

All InReach clients start with a 45-minute initial assessment with the therapist to share their previous history and goals. Exercise programs prescribed are included in the appointment fee.

We will continue to work with you after the appointment through phone, email or text communication. We will request a follow-up appointment if further assessment or significant exercise program changes are needed

Will my Extended Insurance reimburse me?
Yes! The majority of extended health benefits plans such as SunLife, Pacific Blue Cross, Great West Life and Manulife, cover our services and we can direct bill them on your behalf.
Please call your provider to ask about the specific coverage of your policy. We know it is confusing. Let us know if you have questions before you call.
How does the appointment go?
First, we send you a link to join the teleconference call on computer, tablet or phone. Then, we start with a 'subjective assessment', in which the Physiotherapist will ask you a series of questions designed to discover what they need to know about your injury.
Next, the Physio will have you perform certain movements and tests to rule in or rule out a possible cause.
Once determined, we will review strategies such as exercises to manage your complaints and get you feeling better ASAP.
What do I require for a call?
A webcam and computer with a microphone is best. Our system allows us to personalize your appointment to the equipment (PC, Mac, Tablet, Smartphone) and bandwidth that you have.
We have multiple options and will work together until any technological issues are resolved.
