Kettlebells are a great strength and conditioning tool but require a bit of time to learn the basics of how to handle them. Once the basics are established, options are limitless. We suggest starting with the basics of learning how to clean or rack the kettlebell. From there, get good at squats and reverse lunges with the kettlebell in one arm.
